What the law says — and how we make it work

Under the Dangerous Dogs Act (as amended 2024), XL Bullies must be muzzled and on-lead in public. A private, enclosed field is one of the few places they can legally be off-lead and muzzle-free.

Muzzle-Free in Your Area

Once inside your private, enclosed area, muzzles come off. Your dog can run, play, and breathe freely for the full 50 minutes.

6ft Secure Fencing

Fully enclosed with 6ft deer fencing on all sides. Double-gate airlock entry. Your dog is secure at all times.

No Other Dogs

Your area is exclusively yours. No other dogs, no confrontations, no risk. Just your dog and the space to enjoy it.

Our XL Bully policy

What do I need to bring?
Your valid Certificate of Exemption. We may ask to see it on arrival. Your dog must also be covered by third-party liability insurance as required by law.
When does the muzzle come off?
Your dog must be muzzled and on-lead in the car park and on all paths. Once you're through the double gate and inside your enclosed area, the muzzle can come off and they can run free.
Will my dog see other dogs?
Sessions are staggered across our 3 areas so arrivals and departures don't overlap. Your area is fully enclosed and separate from the others. There's a buffer between bookings so you won't meet the previous or next visitor at the gate.
Is the fencing strong enough?
Yes. Our 6ft deer fencing is designed for containment. The double-gate airlock system means two gates are closed between your dog and the outside at all times.
